The "Die Later Diet" by 87-year-old David Murdock, Dole Food chairman, whose goal is to reach age 125. Breakfast is above. Nothing really magical about this eating schedule, unless this diet actually avoids all the chemically laden products that American food companies still sell to the public. It's good to count calories but there's little use in that if you're still eating processed food with tons of chemicals (most food out there).
